Jennifer Dillon, West Coast Territory
Jennifer believes in the importance of customer relationships. In her 16-year career in the beauty industry, she has recognized this from all sides. This belief comes from having worked with manufacturers and wholesalers as well as full-service distributors – as a sales consultant, business development manager, regional sales manager and distributor owner.
This history, and the understanding of the needs and expectations of both manufacturers and distributors from personal experience, allows Jennifer a special insight as a manufacturers’ rep. She is adept at creating strong relationships between her customers and her manufacturers, by being able to quickly identify the right brands, items and strategies needed for a successful partnership.
Jennifer’s knowledge and versatility is instrumental in the success of Van Nest Company in our Western territory, and in the company as a whole.
